Mourinho and Guardiola want to buy Benfica keeper Ederson

Jose Mourinho is going head-to-head with Pep Guardiola as they chase Benfica keeper Ederson.

Manchester United boss Mourinho is eyeing new keeper as he battles to keep David de Gea who is a big-money target for Real Madrid this summer.
But they are aware that City have also been watching 23-year-old Brazilian Ederson who has enjoyed a highly impressive season in Portugal.
City are keen to get a new keeper with doubts over Claudio Bravo while Willy Caballero could leave and Joe Hart is set to be sold.
United have also looked at Atletico Madrid keeper Jan Oblak. His value would likely be in excess of £20million even though he has a buy out clause nearly twice that.
United already have Sergio Romero who has impressed on the Europa League run and is pushing to be first choice if de Gea goes.
