Real Madrid 4-1 Juventus: Ronaldo the star man as Real crowned KING OF EUROPE

Real Madrid beat Juventus 4-1 as Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace. Real clinched their 12th Champions League title and became the first team to retain the trophy.

Ronaldo's brace made him surpass Messi to become the top scorer of Champions League this season with 12 goals.
It was Juventus who made the effort in the game but Navas kept out Higuain's header from range with ease. And another attempt came in quick succession from Higuain, as his long-range drove stings the palms of the Real goalkeeper. Juve on top in the early stages.
More pressure from Juve went on as Alves sent a brilliant ball through the Real which found no one, but the Italian side recycle the ball well and it reached Pjanic on the edge of the box, and his superbly-crisp effort brought a fine, fine stop out of Navas at 7th minute.
Dybala got the first yellow card after bringing down Kroos as the Real midfielder looked to break away from him.
AND IT'S RONALDO AGAIN WHO CHANGED THE GAME! A slick move by Real as Benzema found Cristiano, who played a quick one-two into the box with Carvajal and slot the ball past Buffon from just inside the area. It might have taken a little touch off Bonucci on the way through that took it away from the Italian goalkeeper, but it was clinical nonetheless. Advantage Real!
But the game goes on with an unbelievable stunner from Mario Mandzukic!!! How has he scored from there???
Juve flied forward and Higuain teed up the big striker, but he still had it all to do with his back to goal as he somehow took a touch and hooked the ball over his shoulder and looped it into the top corner. Words can't do that justice. It didn't even look like he had a chance from there. Best Champions League final goal ever? Certainly up there. What a game this is.
Ronaldo didn't like being overshadowed, and he just attempted the spectacular himself as he hit a bicycle kick towards goal from 16 yards, but it hit a Juve body before it can reach the goal.
Back underway in the second half and Real Madrid made the first effort. Modric shot from the edge of the area but Buffon made a decent, albeit straightforward, stop.
Casemiro (of all people!) put Real Madrid back in front at 61th minute. The midfielder decided to have a wildly ambitious pop from 30 yards, and it took an almighty deflection off of Khedira before sneaking inside Buffon's bottom corner.
AND WHO ELSE? It's Cristiano Ronaldo again who found the net!!!
Real hit a quickfire double to put themselves in firm control of this final. Modric played a one-two before getting to the byline and pulling the ball back into the six-yard box, and Cristiano Ronaldo ran in between two Juve defenders and finished coolly past Buffon.
Juventus nearly found a way back in. An Alves free-kick found the head of Sandro, but his flicked header drifted JUST wide of the far post. Unlucky.
Asensio made the score at 4-1 at the end of the game.
